What is eZVoice?

It is a custom application for Zendesk Support that enables agents to communicate with end-users/customers via audio messages on WhatsApp, leveraging Sunshine Conversations as the orchestrator. The application offers two main features:

1. Send Audio Messages from Within the Ticket
   Agents can record and send audio messages directly from the ticket interface.
   
   

2. Convert Received Audio Files and Provide a Built-in Player
   Converts incoming audio files and makes them available in a player, eliminating the need for downloads or additional software for playback.
