Access the Marketplace

Go to the Zendesk marketplace and navigate to the app page:
https://www.zendesk.com/marketplace/apps/support/1004768/ezvoice/

Proceed to the "How to Install" Option

Authorize your Zendesk

Enter your subdomain and click "Authorize."

After that, click "Continue."

Zendesk Chat or Messaging

If your Zendesk instance still uses Zendesk Chat, you will need to generate an API key by following the step-by-step instructions in the video available on the page.

If the Messaging feature is already active, you can skip this step.

API Key

Once your API key is generated, copy it.

Click the "Access Settings" button.

Complete your installation.
